Hörtext
Last Saturday I decided to visit the new art gallery in the city centre. I had heard a lot about it and wanted to see the exhibition for myself. I knew the gallery was somewhere near the old market square but I wasn’t sure exactly where. So I asked a woman who was walking past me. She smiled and said it was only a five-minute walk away. She told me to go straight on until I reached the traffic lights, then turn left and walk past the bookshop. The gallery would be on my right, next to the café with the red chairs.
I thanked her and followed her directions carefully. When I got to the traffic lights I looked around and saw the bookshop she had mentioned. I walked past it and soon noticed the café with the bright red chairs outside. Sure enough, right next to it was the art gallery. I was happy I had found it so easily. On my way back I stopped at the café to have a coffee and enjoy the sunny afternoon. It was a nice end to a pleasant day out in the city.
