Signing in again – here’s how
Forgot your PIN, nickname, password or email? No problem. Your progress isn’t lost.
Step 1: Which account do you have?
Joined with a class code
You typed in a code from your teacher and picked a nickname. You sign in with class code + nickname + 4-digit PIN.
Registered with an email
You (or your parents) signed up with an email address and a password.
Step 2: What did you forget?
Class code account
Forgot your PIN
- Tell your teacher. They can create a new PIN for you with one click in their class list.
- Sign in with the class code, your nickname and the new PIN.
- Write the PIN down (e.g. in the back of your notebook).
Too many wrong tries? Wait 15 minutes – or ask for a new PIN straight away.
Forgot your nickname
- Ask your teacher. They can see every nickname in your class.
- Upper and lower case don’t matter: “Lena” and “lena” both work.
Don’t just join again with a new name! That gives you a new, empty account, and your progress stays in the old one.
Forgot the class code
- Ask your teacher or a classmate – everyone in your class has the same code.
- The code has 6 characters, e.g. ABC123.
Email account
Forgot your password
- Open “Forgot password” and enter your email address.
- Open the email from Lenguvo and click “Set new password”. Check your spam folder too.
- The link is valid for 60 minutes and works once. Expired? Just request a new one.
Forgot your email address
- Try the addresses you use – e.g. your school email and your personal email.
- Search your inboxes for “Lenguvo”: we sent you a welcome email when you signed up.
- Did your parents create the account for you? Ask them – they know the address.
Still can’t get in?
